It wasn't that bad and my food was good.
When placing my order in the drive-thru I had to repeat myself 5x. The food WAS FRESH AND HOT. My ice mocha was perfect other than missing the chocolate drizzle. I asked them to add it because they forgot it and she said they are out of chocolate drizzle. She said she was going to add caramel drizzle instead, but they are out of that as well. She was so sweet about it I couldn't even complain. They charged me for water, which I think is kind of ridiculous, especially since they didn't have drizzle for my coffee. I feel like ... read more
