Ordered food on the McDonald’s app. The store was closed but the app let me order. The store didn’t open for three hours. Tried to get a refund on the app. The app said I had to go to the store, went to the store and they told me they couldn’t see my order on app and wouldn’t refund me. Called McDonald’s corporate. They also told they couldn’t refund me and that the store had to refund me. It’s been over two week since I was suppose to be refunded and still no refund.
