Third time using an app at this location Third Time Order was short food third time had to wait on top of Waiting awful a lot of employees no management directing what needs to be done never seen so little done with so many people totally ridiculous
Hot mess. Long wait times, shriveled and CONSISTENTLY cold fries. Not sure how anyone can hand that to you with a smile on their face. Just because it's fast food, doesn't mean that the food shouldn't be consistent. We can send robots to Mars, but this McDonalds can't even keep fries warm. Other's tell me the Kingston and Rockland locations are much better. The owner's ultimately responsible, clearly not concerned with quality control. Also, who approved the interior? DeShawn with the nice smile makes the best iced coffee!!
Employees extremely childish and rude. Blonde girl gave fries with hairs in them and says shakes don't come with whip cream and tells you are rude then slams your food down on the counter then runs away like a child.
Got 2 mobile orders, took half am hour to be brought out and had wrong items. Was forced to go back in and staff was incredibly rude and were acting like upset teens.
