The employees always ignore you when you are waiting to make a purchase using cash or card at the counter. It's very common in almost all MacDonalds locations since they installed the kiosk and Apps. They need to hire more employees to help their customers who are waiting in line to make a purchase. Some of us don't care for apps and discounts. For some of us our time is more important than MacDonalds points or discounts. Most restrooms are filthy and dirty.
I ordered a Double Quarter-Pounder meal. The fries were fine, just undersalted. The DQP itself was so soggy with oil and grease that it soaked through the box, through the napkins, and through the bottom of the bag into the seat of my car. Im not even gonna ask for a replacement. I dont want another burger thats so soggy it dissolves as i pick it up. Even the top bun is soaked in grease. This is nasty. I took one bite and threw it away.
