Ive been trying to give this location a chance since its the closest to where i live. Theres a large homeless presence near by. Thats not the issue though. My meal is nearly always has something wrong with it. Sorry ketchup only is a hard ask. Also the rudeness of the staff is unnecessary. I get the lines are long but attitude isnt welcome

Every time I come to this McDonald's, they mess up my order last night. I came through and asked for fresh fries waited for about 5 minutes and they gave me refired fries, meaning they dropped ones. They already cooked back in the oil, not a very good experience. I would say, stay away from this mcdonald's.
