Genuinely astounded by the completely unprompted attitude I just got from the woman over the speaker at the drive thru. I attempted to place the same order I've made multiple times before and I guess she was having a bad night and i needed to be a part of that?
This rating is for customer service. I ordered on the app, did a pick up through the drive through and it went super smooth until I got home and realized I was missing an item. Just PSA, check your bags before you leave the parking lot. I called the location and the woman I spoke to was quick to confirm my order, ask if I wanted it refunded or to pick up the missing item. No cashiers available, only option is to order at the kiosk. No staff interactions or help available. Not my favorite format for a restaurant. Except at least a little customer service.
