I’m a fast food junkie
EXTREMELY slow service and rude staff. Waited 30 minutes, watching them ignore the pickup orders in favor of drive-thru. They marked my order "Ready" after 5 minutes, even though I waited another 25 minutes for food. Staff wouldn't help people who had incorrect orders, instead giving the customers attitude and saying "you need to give me a minute!" In 30 minutes I could have sat down in a diner, received real food and fast service, and the staff would probably be a lot nicer.
They do not know how to answer the drive-through system waited for about almost 30 minutes just for them to take my order.
