I actually live close to several McDonalds but the location on 27th Street and Coldsprings is actually the location I prefer. I think the service is very good, the food is usually made to order and then there is the cheery girl who usually works in the drivethru. I eventually learned her name and she told me it was Sherry. She is always friendly, greets me with a big smile, and always says I hope you have a great day as I am pulling away. This MDs is very clean with fast service. The food was cooked and tasted great, just looked a little sloppy compared to some MDs. They have a HUGE playplace for the kids! Unfortunately this makes the dining room a little too 'cozy' for my liking. I witnessed a customer upset about happy meal toys while I waited to place the order; the manager on suty handled it VERY well! Overall, I would choose a repeat visit to this location!

Horrible manager . Accidentally turned the alarm on in the playground room because I was dealing with 2 , 2 year olds and forgot a diaper in the car and was just in a rush . I’m human made a mistake . First employee I told that I accidentally set it off and I said how long will it be on all day? And she said it might be very rude .
