This place sucks! I go there for convenience because it’s close to my home. I’ll never go back to this place again and I have a long time Lake Bluff resident. Their customer service is horrible. They just don’t care anymore. You have a girl who’s working the drive-through who’s frustrated and can’t figure things out so you ask for a manager to help you and he’s telling me to come back in 10 minutes so I can re-order my food that I just ordered and I have to sit back in the long line that’s behind me again. They make you pull aside for a quarter pounder. Even if no one is behind you. Other locations can make it faster. Every time I come here.. update 1 year later. Still cant make it fast lol

If I get McDonald's, it is usually through the drive-through. The order accuracy at this location has been declining. I don't hold up the line by checking every item in my bag before I pull away. This practice has led to some interesting surprises. I was recently asked to pull up to the waiting area while the crew worked on my sausage biscuit with egg and cheese.
