I was ordering on the Kiosk 3 different meals after putting in my order and it didn’t have the drink I wanted so I went to the counter and waited 7 minutes and finally the counter person came and stated they do have the drink. He didn’t even bother looking at the kiosk and thought that was all I was ordering. McDonald’s has really gone down hill. I don’t go that often but now I will not be going ever again
