It was hectic tonite at Sullivan McD's, new shift mgr., I witnessed 5 different complaints in the same 1/2 hour of people getting wrong orders or waiting over 10-20 minutes to get their food, no exaggeration! I waited for items, too, but didn't complain. One woman was loud, another complained more quietly but was VERY annoyed. The other 3 brought their food back, made incorrectly.
