I found it odd that when driving through this particular mcdonald's the owner (The Cashier told me thats who he was) was outside talking to some of the employees i could hear the owner yelling at the employees though i could not hear all of the specifics i find that kind of demeaning behavior from an owner of any company to be wrong. If the owner had something to say to the employees about his or her job performance he should have done it with a little less yelling and a little more instruction.
