50-50 chance of excellent service and food been here many of times
Long waits for cold food. Staff are teens and last time they were yelling at each other in the kitchen. This use to be one of the better chains but it’s clearly has taken a turn for the worse.
I went there a few minutes ago. I ordered two caramel frappes and a basket of fries, but the basket barely had any fries in it. When I ordered the frappes, I thought they were $1.49 because there’s a big picture on the side of the building by the drive-thru, which is a bit confusing since they’re displayed right next to the $1.49 sign.
