My fries for my orders were filled half way and this is not the only time they'll done that. I didnt even get my sauces for my food order or napkins. Do we need to start adding that to the comments???

Get here at 7:20 a.m. then make the mistake of going in the outer Lane because apparently the outer Lane isn't as important as the inner Lane because they're answering the inner Lane at a ratio about 4 to 1. Which is sad because the lines were the same size didn't get to place my order until 736 a.m. didn't get my food until 7:43 and on top of that while I'm holding the receipts at the second window to collect my food i got met with a rude "did you pay for your food?!"

Waited for 30 minutes for My order and never got it or received it through drive thru and not got order go elsewhere and not this location l.

They had a problem hearing my code then when I paid I explain that it was fine went to next window to pick up order and my order was wrong I was then charged again I proceed to ask how to get my code back since they couldn't get it to work but still wasn't on app Manger came up I explain to her the problem she told girl at window to give me fries and slammed window on me which I felt was rude and disrespectful I work in customer service and that's not how you treat people I ask to speak to here so I can call corporate so the... read more
