The McDonald's here at this location by lackland on Southwest military is a good location but the manager is very very rude. I am on my lunch break and two managers were talking one of the managers saw me at the counter and ignored me a young lady by the name of Lulu what's very sweet I hope you give Lulu recognition thank you lulu!!! And the manager was wearing a ponytail with glasses Latina about 6 ft tall or 5:11 she was very rude.
No front register assistance called Manger and was told they were aware but they were short handed extremely poor service! Walked out after 20 minutes and line never moved inside restaurant. Super sad customer service.
