This was and is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to! It’s sad because it is only 2 MINUTES away from my house. Service was horrible. Terrible!
20 min in drive thru is ridiculous. It's always system is updating or some other excuse. They need to stop over baking the biscuits. They need to have Miguel there mon thru fri. Drive thru runs smoothly when he is there.
They were so packed following an event. They forgot some of my food items, but they were so sweet and friendly. They corrected my order with no issues and friendliness.
For anyone who just needs to use the restroom. Don't stop here!!!! This establishment makes you buy something first. Then they will reach down and hit a button to automatically unlock the women's and men's bathroom door. I just had to run in and use the bathroom. I should have stopped across the street, either the KFC, or the Wendy's. Further down the street is actually a gas station.
