Staff is unwilling to even check what toy would come in the happy meal before purchasing. No other location gave us any issues about it.
My first time here, and I am absolutely mortified at how I was treated, and how I saw others being treated before me. .My boys and I ordered on line, 30 mins later we walked the 10 mins to this location from our hotel. When we arrived I walked up to the counter and I asked the young lady in the picture do I come here to pick up an order. She did not reply. The food was fine, standard McDonald's fare but the service was awful everyone moved around like they were half asleep no smiles no urgency. The girl keying in our order looked at the screen like she was lost, took forever, and then overcharged us. To her credit the manager did refund the overcharge which is the only reason they got a two-star rating instead of a one. We ended up getting our food after everyone who came in after us probably because we complained about the overcharge.
