Waited 15 minutes for a simple order with a sundae, got icecream soup
Horrible management. Had an interaction awhile back with a Genral manager whom was a dark-haired middle-aged woman who gave me horrible attitude. I now go out of my way to avoid this franchise. No issues with the other staff they have always been up to "McDonalds" standards. Food on the other hand I've def. had my fair share of discrepancies at this location.
Unfortunately this McDonald’s has been severely going downhill with the quality, food, and service within the last year. Before, this was one of the best McDonald’s you could go to. They always had provided over-the-top service and the food quality was excellent! But ever since new management came in & they lost all of their good employees, the location has gone to utter shambles.
