Just waited 10min in drive through at the speaker. The worker got on the speaker and said she was working on too much food and couldn't take my order.
Every time I place an order for pick up I end up waiting 15-30+ minutes regardless of how busy or slow the location is. Given how little the orders contain, the logical assumption is that the workers or managers don't know how to do their job. Especially considering how often the orders are messed up or left with items missing. Also, given that the sauce is $.20/pk, you'd at least expect them to put it in the bag when it's been paid for.
