Terrible service, they just let the orders get cold in the back while working on others. They expect customers to only use the kiosks. Had to pick up a doordash and nobody was willing to help, they avoided customers. You have to stop them to get their attention

I had a very disappointing experience here. When I was ordering my food, the employee at the window was on her personal phone having a conversation. We waited about five minutes before she even took our payment. She clearly noticed we were there but continued talking on her phone instead of helping us. Then, when we got to the next window to pick up our order, our food was made incorrectly. By far the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is unbelievably bad. Be prepared to wait forever, even if it’s not busy. Absolutely terrible.
