I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s. Not only was the food served barely warm, but what I witnessed from management was even more troubling. A homeless man came in with his cup and simply needed a refill of water, but because he had lost his receipt, staff insisted on charging him $0.25. While that may seem like a small amount, it showed a complete lack of compassion.
