Had to return food due to missing items on each meal. Manager Kimberly was very rude didnt speak. Dont apologize, didnt greet me, and took the food out of my hands without allowing me to hand it over. I called previous to coming back up there and a male answered and said they were manager which was a lie because when I got there Kimberly was the manager with the uniform on. I ordered an egg McMuffin and when I got home, there was no Canadian bacon on it. Can’t be that difficult to make a sandwich that you sell thousands of.
Took my family here and couple of weeks ago because we haven't been to a McDonald's in awhile. Considering they've all pretty much reno'd and quality has gone down at most of them. But this one wasn't so bad, service was quick, food was fresh, and there was an employee walking around the dining area asking if everything was ok and refilled drinks. I'll give it another try and see if it was just a fluke as I'm not fond of how they made the customer service isolated to customers in most McDonald's.
Quick service. Manager is there and walks around and is involved. Staff seem to be happy. Aiden was very professional and friendly. Good service.
