Service was terrible. You have to use a kiosks to order and they time out fast! Couldn't use my deal cause I spent two minutes helping an old lady order a diet coke. I asked the desk if they could apply the discount to the order and she told me I would need to wait 15 min for the app to reset. No thanks don't need it that bad.
This new McDonald's compared to the old one before they rebuilt it, runs much smoother. They can get through a line of cars relatively quickly comparatively it's such a contrast. And I guess they're training well because their team members almost always make good eye contact. For just a fast food McDonald's restaurant I think they do pretty well.
You guys always have issues here with the frappe machine everyday ?? Maybe you should get a new one
Food was adequate. They recently changed the rules on how you can order, according to the grumpy old “manager”. He said that the GM directed them not to allow us to order a medium meal with a large drink, which I believe is bogus. This guy soiled my appetite, and I won’t be returning.
