One of the worst experiences I've had the service is slow they can't get a order right they take forever to many homeless around I wish hire ups came and saw how things are being run they need to hire more staff
Pulled up to the drive through at 11:35 PM and said they were closed even though the hours say they’re open until 1:00 AM. Wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time. It is 6am and the dining room isn't open the sign says it opens at 5am but it's locked up. Not sure why maybe lazy employees but there was a couple other people waiting for the doors to open but nothing so why say you're open at 5am when you're not?
