I put 5 stars now only because Jennifer is finally gone. Good Riddance. Ever since she left the place has served good food better
This place needs some serious help. I don’t think they are understaffed but they lack work ethics and professionalism. They forgot to place one of the orders in a to go bag. I had to make another trip to come pick it up. They never apologized for their mistake.
The play area is so fun for the kids, it's really big with tunnels, slides, tall towers, walking bridge and small enclosed area for smaller kids. Its one of the better McDonald's play areas I've been to and I pray they don't ever change cuz I know a lot of locations have made their play areas a lot smaller. Everything is great except for not having a ball pit but nobody has them anymore. The customer service is good and they don't have kiosks unlike most locations.
