absolutely disgusted with how they “pre-heat” their chicken for their chicken wraps. Always hard and cold in the middle. And i went to get a mocha frappe and the lid was not closed all the way. And when I tried putting the lid on all the way, it busted the cup open and splattered frappe all over inside my car and onto myself. I AM VERY ANGRY! My car is now sticky and messy everywhere.
