I ordered delivery, I called requiring my order, a very rude employee over the phone was not very helpful.
They need to stop having customers pull up and wait on the food just so corporate thinks they are efficient when in fact they are not it has never made sense to me because it makes their service so much slower should be first come first served
i came by yesterday and got the new meal, they had us pull around because it was busy which is fine. they brought out the food after 10 minutes and had forgotten my shake which was also fine she went and brought it out after. i looked in the bag and no sauce and no little collectable toy thing which would also be fine (mistakes happen) except i paid 16 dollars for that meal… im surprised they remembered the food at all. i usually choose thing one over cache bc the food is better but omg how do you forget three things. thank ... read more
