I was a bit upset because I ordered 6 nuggets and got 5. Sometimes McDonald's fries are a hit and miss at times; this visit was a miss. I received an extra root beer because she thought she hadn't given me one, although I told her that I had my drink, she asked was I sure it was a root beer, told me to taste it to make sure. The worst customer service ever!!! Okay we all know the Essen lane drive thru can be very busy at times so I expect to wait a little. Now for the reasoning behind this… placed a mobile order for a simple filet o fish and medium fry nothing extra. I was asked to park in reserve 1 okay did that, after parking another car parks in reserve 2 and two minutes later. Horrible service from another valuzzo owned McDonald's.
Service was slow. Spent 20 minutes in drive through. Then when I paid with cash. They didn’t give me my change and said it was bc they didn’t change their register out and just shrugged their shoulders. This is why people go to chic fil. Ratchet service.
