I ordered a hamburger happy meal with ketchup only in the burger. Easy, not complicated order for my picky eating child. I received a hamburger with ketchup and onions. I asked them at the drive thru window to correct this. I was handed a fish sandwich as I pulled forward. I then went inside to correct the issue but no one inside was checking on the customers so I decided to go back to the drive thru. Bun on the burger was old and stale and literally made a crunch noise when I took a bite. Burger patty was cold and the fries were lukewarm even though there was only one person in front of me.
GM's attitude is horrible. My son suffers from RFID and only has preferred foods he eats so we typically get him McDonald's after-school everyday. They recently have been out of is preferred drink and its been an issue.
