Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald's—and that’s saying a lot. This happened at the McAllister Drive location around 2:00 a.m. There were only a handful of cars ahead of me, yet I was told over the speaker—very rudely—that I’d have to wait 10 minutes before they would even take my order. No apology, no explanation, just attitude. Had the worst experience tonight (around 1 a.m.) After ordering I was told to go to the second window, which I did. After waiting a few minutes and nobody came to the window, I assumed I must be at the wrong window and proceeded to the third one. A gentleman then approached the window telling me im at the wrong window in a rude and condescending tone, he was very hostile with his approach.
