I had a wonderful experience at McDonald’s drive-through due to an outstanding team member name chip he was polite, personable, and carried himself with grace and kindness that reflected a strong Christian values. His warm attitude made my day and it was clear. He generally cared about the customers in a fast-paced environment. He brought calm, courtesy, and a smile that made all the difference.
