Once again.....ordered 1 item. A McChicken....PLAIN!!!!! Add cheese. Used points and paid $1.06 for the half piece of cheese. But I knew this. Got order and parked to check sandwich.....shouldn't have to do that....and ONCE AGAIN it was wrong! Had everything on it....which is a whole lot different from....PLAIN ADD CHEESE!!!!! So, after parking then walking inside.....kinda defeats the drive thru convenience.....then waiting 5 min or so, I explained that my ONE ITEM was not right. This McDonald’s sucksssssss ! Management’s is terrible. If you want your order wrong go here !!!! They know how to mess it up not one not twice how bout 3 times. They need to get shift manager out of there her contacts got her seeing everything wrong. Only thing good about this place is the hourly staff definitely need to rearrange positions.
Somebody please help these poor souls the line is 30 deep at all times. I asked for the sauce that wasn’t in my bag and the loser behind the counter yelled at me that it was in the bag.
I have lived in this area for my whole life, the last 5 years I've lived in T.I..... I RARELY, eat McDonald's, I do love the Dr pepper. But thata about it, tonight I had a large pounder meal, and Inda was the night manager, the food was amazing, even at 10:45 at night, hot fresh and seasoned perfectly. I cannot express how much it means to me when I go to get a bite and then this is the outcome. I couldn't be happier. INDA, YOU are Amazing!
