You don’t expect high class service at a McDonald’s but I placed a mobile order and went through the drive through around 9:15PM and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and got no reply. Once I pulled ahead someone came to the window to state the drive thru was closed. There was several people walking around but I got no other details or assistance. Thankfully you could cancel the order in the app
Certain days or times of the week in the evening the staff at the window will say theyre only accepting doordash orders. I don't understand this, either open or closed.
In dire need of a manager at this location, they couldn't take any orders at 10:30 this morning and were turning away guest. what happened to McDonald's? I thought they wanted to capture all the money! I guarantee every person in that building thinks they're underpaid and can't even do their job.
The rudest and most disrespectful night staff I think I’ve ever met, consistently. Short and aggressive when taking my order and the girl handing out food stuck her ungloved hand in my bag and TURNED MY BUGER SIDEWAYS IN FRONT OF ME. I’ll be coming back to order the smallest thing possible just to piss them off as often as possible
