Not customer service friendly at all
Ordered an ICED caramel macchiato. When handed the drink it was over flowing and completely hot. I asked the lady at the window what it was and she looked confused. Looked at her screen and told me it was the iced caramel macchiato. It looked like hot watered down milk I told her and she replied with “well that’s how the machine makes it idk.” When I say hot, it was hot. Age 76 here. This is my go-to McDonald's, usually for breakfast. I dine in - never have used the drive-through - and, overall, I'm satisfied. I believe that it's true that since the Pandemic, fast food joints, including this one, realized that ghost restaurants make more money. So, they discourage dine-ins by not staffing the front counter like they used to. Woman in drive thru is UNBELIEVABLY rude and i don't know how she still has a job. she needs to go. so rude over the intercom cuts me off and tells me to pull forward. told me i was only allowed to get bbq when my apple pay was loading she slammed the drive thru window in our face.
