Just nasty! Cold food that must have been sitting around, terrible service, poor management
Visited 8/23/25 ar 5:02 pm. My ice cream cone was melting fast when I received it and dripping on all sides of the cone, I asked this female manager if I can just get a different cone because it was obviously dripping and imaking a mess. Instead of being Customer Service oriented, she said no you ate some of it. All I did was lick around the sides because it was dripping real bad and I’m in the car. I am on vacation here in St. Augustine Beach. This McDonald's has the BEST service and French fries. Thank you Jennifer for the great service and food.
Asked for salt and ketchup twice, ended up having to go around again after pulling away. Food was cold and nasty.
