The fries were cold and hard. 0-10 do better
Worst McDonald’s ever. Don’t ever come here go to Lauderdale Lakes to the 1.6 miles west. They don’t even answer the drive-through when you drive up and then they put signs on the door every night that say “machines broken“ and the employees lock the door so they don’t have to work and just collect their hourly wage. It’s absolutely a farce. I cannot believe a McDonald’s corporation as big as they are allowed such an atrocity. Completely ridiculous so please don’t come here because you’re not going to get any food.
Apparently they're not REALLY open 24 hours, because I sat in the drive thru for a solid 90 seconds and no one answered the speaker, then when I drove around to the window, the staff was mopping the floors.
I was handed the wrong order twice at the drive through, in the same interaction. And even after being handed the right order (third time’s the charm, I guess) the bag didn’t include the sauces, and I ordered the spicy snack wraps but was given the regular ones.
