I ordered one meal and one extra hash brown. Pulled up to the pick up window and they looked at me like I was crazy when I check my order and said it was wrong. The manager told me to pull around and then they brought out the wrong meal again. Twice they failed to give me the right order and a “quick pit stop” turned into a 25 min ordeal. This store has to be one of the worst ran McDonald's. The store is always nasty and smells and to to top it off the service is extremely slow and the customer service is very unprofessional and rude while you have your employees standing around doing nothing. I waited over 25+ minutes in the drive thru for my online order of 2 hot and spicys. As I complained to voice my frustrations the window was closed in my face. Very unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never give this place a star! They have no respect to make sure the orders were done correctly! Or to give u the exact order u ordered!!! Ordered 2 of the fifa $9 deals and they said 2 to me I said yes than they charged me for 1 and won’t fix there problem of not listening to orders correctly Bye bye!!!
