30 min wait just to take my order!! I was stuck in line and had no choice but wait. I think that's ridiculous. I could have made it to Tucson, ordered and ate by the time I even got to the second window. The crew needs to step it up!!! Come on management.
$6 FOR 4 COOKIES IS OUTLANDISH! Rude and unwilling to help you order. They break all kinds of laws when they tell you they can not take your order at the counter. What if someone's blind, then it is discrimination, both ways. Covid amped these places to have a false value, one where the online orders matter more than the person standing in front of them.
