Ordered last night using my points showed up to pick up my food and was rudely told they couldn't take any orders when I explained it was a mobile order instead of apologizing for the inconvenience was told to cancel the order wouldn't budge when told I was using my rewards points and the girl working the register had a tone like she didn't want to be there sure the money was refunded but the worker was unnecessarily rude and I still lost the rewards points update after reaching out to customer service five times still haven... read more
