Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru line waiting for an ice cream cone. When they finally came to the window they had no clue what my order was. They were serving people three cars back their orders but took 5 minutes to come and ask us what we ordered then kept getting it wrong. I had to use my kindergarten teacher voice to finally get my caramel ice cream Sunday and my ice cream cone. It was quite frustrating.
