Major problem. If they forget an aspect of your order, they cannot give refund to your credit card or debit card back to you over the phone. You have to go in physically with the card. This is not the most efficient way of doing business. So I am modifying my review rating accordingly.
Lines full of people inside and outside. Took 30 minutes to get a 4 item order and 2 of the items were drinks. Over 15 people inside waiting on food in line. Don't bother going here! Not worth the wait!

What is wrong with this place, employees, and management. I ordered my food and was just needing to pay when an employee name parmela starts yelling to other employees to not worry about me needing to pay and stop being concerned with people in the front that she needs help. I ask a manager for help and her response was she doesn't speak English so I asked the other manager and she walked outside and acted as if she was unlocking the doors.
