Idk why this place is so slow now a days! Doesnt matter when you go it will take at least 15 20 mins in the drive thru. 3 cars in the line and it took me 20 mins to get 2 mcdoubles. Kind of ridiculous. Go during peak and you sit there much longer. Both mcdonals have gone downhill in watertown its literally no fast food anymore.
15 minute wait in the drive through. Every time. Every day. Slowest McDonald’s in America.
Loved using a "deal"!
Not only was the food cold, but they also failed to tell us that the frozen drinks were unavailable. Maybe if the whole team wasn’t very obviously high out of their minds, service could’ve been better. First, they hand us the wrong drinks, then give us medium sodas to replace them. With the up charge for the freeze, that’s insane. We also were there from about 10:30-11:05. Terrible service and am not happy.
