Worst most ignorant experience ever. I used app. I pulled up to window to get my receipt. The lady (older African American lady) saw me, looked at me and actively ignored me. Would not talk to me. The staff here were extremely rude for no reason. I placed a simple order, stayed polite, and still felt like I was being treated like an inconvenience. The employees working this afternoon had bad attitudes, barely communicated, and handed me my food with a nasty look like I did something wrong. Basic customer service is not difficult.
