Went to pick up my online order, took me 30 minutes just to receive the wrong order. I came back to get a refund, manager told me i could do it in the app since it’s “incomplete”. The app says it’s complete and now I can’t get one. The manager was dismissive and just said “You can go now byyeeee.” I try to be as understanding as I can since I work at a similar place, but it’s unacceptable to just lie and dismiss the issue.
Everyone from the manager named Dawn to the employees named, Amy and Lavinia, they made our visit AMAZING!!!! Their customer service was above and beyond what we have received from other fast food chains.
