Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s. Not only was I charged TWICE for the exact same order, but when I finally got my food it was ice cold, stale, and inedible. How does a fast food place manage to fail at both charging customers correctly and serving hot food? The staff seemed careless and dismissive when I pointed it out, like overcharging customers and handing out garbage-quality meals is normal. I basically paid double for a meal I couldn’t even eat. No interior staff, not friendly at all. McDonald's has lost the original vision. Upper management needs to be fired and go back to the original menu and quality of food. Highly recommend making other choices until someone stops the insanity.
Polo is a very personable and kind manager. He provided the best customer service as well as his employees. I’m definitely coming back to this McDonald’s.
