The young curly haired male manager who wears a jacket saying Luis (but he says his name isn’t Luis) needs to be fined directly from the health department and forced to retake a food handlers class! I was the only car in line. Waiting for someone to take my order waited for atleast 5 mins. Another car comes to the second line and they take their order. Then waits a few more mins then finally takes my order. Very disrespectful and unacceptable
