Slow service, food was horrible
Ordered through the app, picked up through the drive thru. I was the only one in the drive thru. The lady at the window, tag says Aureal, just gave me my food without saying anything and ran off. I didn't notice until I got home that it's completely the wrong order, and what I got was less than what I paid for. I called, they admitted to the mistake, but won't give me a refund unless I go back up there. What a joke.
Always had pleasant staff experience. Good for McDonald’s food but the staff is really good
Just went to get our son a Happy Meal. The juice box that they gave him had TWO TINY HOLES AS IF SOMEONE PUT SOMETHING INTO IT. We noticed it because the juice started leaking out! Totally unacceptable. One more thing, not a huge deal but it is just in addition they of course forgot the sauce….
This is the worst McDonalds around!!!! Food was cold (live 5 mins away or less) and it was very very cold. My burger has hard edges and you could tell it had just been sitting out. Fries were disgustingly cold and tasted horrible. I love McDonald’s, but this place is absolute trash!! Do yourself a favor and go to the one off 380 or off El Dorado & Custer.
