Pulled up in the drive through, tried to place my order; however, when I simply asked about the "Free Cookie" sign, the order taker began YELLING stating "I ALREADY ASKED YOU ABOUT ROADBLOCKS!" I was confused! The sign says something to the effect "...the cookie is on us" it says nothing about ROADBLOCKS whatever THAT is! I just canceled my order and will NEVER go to McDonald's for ANYTHING!!! SO RUDE, and for what?! If I could give a negative 100 I would!
I will never eat here again. Employees should be required to both speak and read English
Cold fries, sandwiches missing bacon no ketchup Overall very poor
Ordered 3 10 piece meals and 2 Big Mac meals and they were so busy it took our dasher almost an hour to get to the window and once he did they said they cancelled it because they thought nobody was coming to pick it up. Doordash had us reorder and once the 2nd dasher got to the window they made her pull up and wait almost 45 minutes while over 20 other cars got their food and left and then they forgot all 3 McNugget meals. We got our fries and drinks and even the sauces but no nuggets. Now they won’t answer the phone.
I was a crew worker here for about 6 months I’ve decided to quit because they let minors run the floor if the manager don’t want to and me and the boy that was running at the time had go into a fight bc he didn’t get the order I needed he proceeded to antagonize me for 5 minutes and then manager finally got in between us and defused the argument and told me to go home so I went home the next day I came back at 10 bc that was when my shift was that boy got there at 3:30 as I was making a milk shake for him he walked passed me... read more
Hot cakes was cold cake instead #long wait time
They state that the restaurant is open 24 hrs which is a lie everytime I try to go there after I get off work at 2 a.m. they state that they are currently closed because they are changing over for the next shift !!!
The most friendly staff I have ever met in McDonald's, food was excellent and they got it to me right away awesome McDonald's employees thank you sincerely!
I always go to McDonald's during busy hours hoping to get hot food and it never happens... I shouldn't have to go home to warm up my food. I went today at 12:25 pm for a big Mac of course Luke warm and couldn't find the special sauce..I tossed it
