i ordered on the mobile app for i store pick up. lobby was closed, i had to walk back to my house and have my grandma give me a ride. i then waited in a long line and received my food cold and wrong. i asked for no ranch sauce on my snack wrap and low and behold they put extra ranch on it. i had to use a napkin to try and get as much out as i could and it was still way too much. by far the worst mcdonald’s in the city.
I ordered Filet-o-fish and apparently they have a worker that thinks they’re funny. Instead of putting tartar sauce, they decide to put ranch? If they can’t take their customers seriously, then I’ll gladly go to a different location. Proceed with caution when ordering at night from here because you might end up with an unpleasant surprise.
