We ate there a week ago the food delicious and the service is also good

Absolutely the worst MCDONALD'S I've ever been to
Decided to go to McDonald’s with my friend today, I pre ordered my food as it is always easier to get it faster especially with a rush coming at lunch time. I walked in and was completed ignored. I continue to stand patiently for about 8-10 minutes, with no one welcoming me or asking if I needed something. I noticed my food propped behind counter. So after 10 minutes I decided to grab it.
