No one expects 5 star quality from McDonald's but for years I felt lucky that this was the closest McDonald's to me. All of the other fast food places on 12 mile have terrible service out I never had any problems here. I don't know what happened but things have suddenly gone downhill. They have forgotten things in my mobile order 3 times in a row. The first time, they gave me 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4. The second time they forgot my breakfast burrito. Fries are always soggy! Change the grease more often or cook them longer. Never been to a McDonald’s where the fries are always soaked in grease like this one.
