Not greeted when entered the store, stood there for 10 minutes after placing my order on the kiosk. No one said anything, so after 10 minutes I'm flagging down a crew person to help. The manager very rudely said to the employee go see what she wants and rolled her eyes. Then the employee was reluctant to interact. I asked what's going on with my order, she said that I was waiting on fries. The fries were cold. Great coffee ☕🌞
This store needs to be closed down. You’ll never receive your full order. They act as if condiments are coming out of their paychecks. Always have cold fries. Poor service. Staff is awful.
I asked for a plain sausage mcgriddle and they only gave me bread
