This is my favorite place for breaksfast.
I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for a while now as I’ve lived in the area for around 2 1/2 years or so. I typically hit the drive-thru, but I decided to walk there and go in since it was a nice day and I don’t live super far. Got there and ordered around 1:10pm, and didn’t get my food until 1:35 pm or so. I was not happy, and then when I got home I discovered that an item was missing (definitely should have checked the bag before I left). Ordered from inside the restaurant and had to wait a long time. Customers in front of me were waiting over 30 minutes for their food. Watching activities behind the counter, the team appeared to be very dis-organized. Some counter works did not understand when customers had questions/issues. The drive through customers seems to be a priority, but all customers should be. McDonalds use to be very efficient with taking care of customers. What happened to this restaurant.
