The people hear while polite are completely incompetent. You asked for a burger with no pickles you get pickles you asked for a burger with no onions you get extra onions. Why is it so hard to read the label and follow it?
I was there yesterday in the middle of a long trip and ordered 6 burgers. None of the burgers I ordered were made correctly the two with no pickles had pickles, the four with no onions had onions not just regular onion but also breakfast onion. The discovery of breakfast onion that were cooked with steak on our burger was very disgusting!
