This location messed up our order of my son's happy meal and refused to make it right when I called them. Avoid this location.

And through drive through around 8:30 tonight (10/13) and whatever crew you had working should be your main crew and get raises. Absolutely on point. Was slammed with Lowell school kids filling the lobby and bus in parking lot and yet had the best service experience we have ever had at this location, and for once nothing was missed.

They had nothing but students working there and they're all rude and have an attitude not very friendly at all the worst customer service I've experienced

I usually don't eat at McDonalds due to many bad experiences as they have cut costs and quality. This is my first attempt at a Oregon McD's... and it was better than the McD's in Florida by far. The young lady at the counter was friendly, and helpful. All of the staff seemed on point, and helping each other out too! I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with fries and a drink.
