SO SLOW!!!!! makes you pull over and park EVERY time. have never once made it through the drive thru without being told to park. Even if it’s only 2 cars in line, you bet they’ll make you pull over and park. incredibly annoying

I wish I could add a picture but my fiancé went and got me McDonald’s last night and I got a quarter pounder deluxe and a large fry. The large fry came halfway full no joke they gave me basically a small in a large container and I was VERY disappointed. First time McDonald’s has let me down.

It never fails no matter what day of the week or time of the day. I sit in this drive through for at least 10 minutes. Just to be parked to sit for another 10 minutes.

My wife ordered food asked to use bathroom was eminently asked if she was going to order and the rest room was only for paying customers while holding her receipt and was told if she was going to be rude she could leave the employees lobby when all she said was she already ordered this employee should be fired in my opinion large frie was not full employee leaving restroom with out washing hand will not be coming back if this is how mcdonalds runs their restaurants or allows franchises to operate

I used their app (the one they practically force you to use), placed a $50 order for a morning meeting with my coworkers, selected the correct location, got a receipt—and of course, they had no problem taking my money immediately. I arrive, give them the code… and suddenly it’s like my order never existed. Gone. No record. No explanation. Instead of fixing it, they tell me to pull all the way around and then—bizarrely—ask to take my phone inside for five minutes.
