Everytime i order here, pickup or not, my food is always forgotten. But this time i was livid. I ordered the new Big Arch menu item, and asked to take one patty off. When i got my stuff, i was missing a nugget box, oh well i got that. But when i look in my big arch literally NO patty is to be found. I called the restaurant 3 times, nobody picks up. If your getting mcdonald’s get it at a different place!
I am truly disgusted about what I experienced tonight. Around 11:30p, I picked up my food, and ONCE AGAIN, I found a LONG STRAND OF HAIR!!!! Upon returning to the restaurant to speak w the manager, she was unapologetic and appeared to shrug off the situation, stating “it isn’t my hair.” I was given a refund but felt the need to write this review due to it being the second time I’ve found hair in my food from this location.
