I have had some bad experiences at this location over the years, particularly during the early morning hours (1am - 2 am timeframe). I have been given a completely incorrect order and called the restaurant and came to return the order, but I waited in the drive thru for probably half an hour and no one responded, and the line wasn’t budging; I have once had an employee tell me when I came up to the window after ordering, “Oh I thought it was a girl!” (referring to me) and she was giggling, she didn’t even apologize. Takes forever to get your order.
How this location is still in business is beyond me. Management should hire more people for night shift. The line was wrapped around the building, and the cars werent moving. I ordered on the app and waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru only to get home and my food is stale! Chicken strips that taste like leather is ridiculous.
Did not appreciate seeing a employee or “manager” yelling at one of the elder employees where to mop and broom all aggressive with him. Do better have humanity and patience.
Okay, so almost every single time Greta gives me my order, the food is Usually bagged wrong… She is just rude in general, but when I try to talk to her about what was wrong and what happened, she rolls her eyes and acts all pissy… going over to talk smack on me to other co workers.. ignores me and never gets it fixed.
