This self ordering is ridiculous. If I have to take my own order, then give me a discount. I’m done going places where I still have to pay the same but do more of the work. Bring the cashiers back and I might return.
Nobody knows what they're doing. They're all lazy and the manager does random stuff instead of helping the one of eight employees working. Food is usually cold and not made well.
If i could give it a 0 star I would, by far worst mcdonald’s in utah, they always mess up orders, take way too many orders and drive-through before they can get to you. They are always rude and ignorant always every single worker there. every time I walk in to McDonald’s and get a DoorDash during the day, I always see all of the employees handing them friends, free food, and giving them friends free food before they take anyone else’s orders, even if they got there, there’s only been one worker that has been really nice ther... read more
